6. Panzer II
Germany - 1936

A stopgap design between the Panzer I and Panzer III, the Panzer II would nonetheless go on to become the primary light tank of the German Army during the first half of the war.  It would see heavy service during the battles of Poland and France, as well as in the North African and Russian campaigns.  Depicted here is an Ausf F variant on the Eastern Front in 1943.
